The SmartShare is a headphone splitter with individual volume controls. It is ideal for watching movies on a PSP as it allows you to share the experience with a friend – perfect for car trips, plane flights, and waiting rooms. Now you can share your audio, not your volume preferences.

Great design, small enough to carry anywhere, makes SmartShare a must-have addition to any accessory bag.

Don't buy this crap! Get the cheaper and more durable one piece radio shack audio splitter. The 'wire design' splitters tend to short out and ur back to square one. The extra money can go to GOOD headphones with volume control on those instead!

dont really need this item... all that is required is a `Y` splitter nice and cheap, plug it into the outlet of the headphone socket and two sets of headphones can be used at little cost, thats the way i do it if i want to share a movie or music.

To anwser zylus you can visit link to get a list of stores that cover where to buy them. And agentk9 Radio shack sells these. Plus with the extra money your not going to get a good pair of headphones. These set you back about 10 bucks so they are expensive when considered. But the y shape allows better movement between users, and the only reason you got ones that did not last, was because you where a cheap skate and bouoght ones that were crap to begin with. But if you just looking for something cheap go with a standered y splitter. I bought one many years back for 5 bucks and have been great. They do not have individual volume so I plan to get a pair of these. Fair warning if you want to get a good pair of headphones you need to pay through your nose. If you want anything thats produces good sharp bass and has excellent stereo look to pair over 50 bucks and if you want true nosie cancelling then look over 150. And if you want wireless, I'd wait if you move to much with wireless can get distorted. Unless you pay more. Which I consider even more of an ouch on the wallet. So if your happy with your headphones just get a y splitter. if you want individual volume control get these. If you want good headphones empty your wallet.
