ok what almost no one is telling you is that the game is seperated into sections that last either 30secs or 2 minutes (( unlike ps2 which lasts for 10-15 minutes. The good thing is it doesnt take long at all to get into another section so you can still kick some bad guys butt. About the same as ps2 because you would just be walking to the spot. If you have a ps2 and a psp buy dynasty warriors 5 for the ps2 because it is way better. If you like it on the go, go for the psp version (not as good though)
Just rented this and very impressed - it's a lot like DW3 for PS2. Graphics are great, they are truly console quality. I don't find the onscreen map or short levels to be annoying like others. Levels end abruptly, but they've reproduced the console combat h&s gameplay very very well.
One thing I don't like - your character starts back at level 1 with no advanced moves at the start of EVERY battle, so you have to re-level up every time, you don't get to keep the moveset from the end of the previous battle. Still, I like the game, but probably won't buy it.
But if you've never liked DW before, this won't change your mind.
this is a ok game BUT!!!!!!! they should save your statis or wepons.......... they should have fixed that i would give it a 7.3 out of 10.............. i one it
I found this game to me average at most, although, and as usual, us - European Gamers, don't seem to have the same consideration that US an Jap ones do. We have very, very few games!!!!!
X-Men II, for instance had Europe release date set to 21/10 (the same as in the States), but they changed to 25/11, and US players already have it - BAH!!!!
I checked a few US stores, but no way I'm paying for the pstage as much as for the game - in some case even more. In the cheapest site it sum 81US!!!
If there's a publisher reading this, please have some consideration for us!
if u can get this game cheaper than normal and you have already finished the games that you really like you should pick this one up and play with it for a while.
its awesome to kill hundreds of people in battle.
