SyncToy v1.0 is available as a free download on the Microsoft Download Center. The easy to use, customizable application helps you copy, move, rename, and delete files between folders and computers.

It operates through creating directory pairs, so it will create a small, hidden index file in the top directory of each pair. Theoretically, you can pair directories on the same computer, same network, or even across the internet.

You match a directory on your computer to one on the PSP, Music for example. Then you run Synchtoy and it will copy any files over that are not there and delete any files that are there. There are other settings too. If you read the link page, it will break it down for you.

Very cool... Basically it keeps a copy of your PSP memory stick on your PC... When you connect your PSP, it can automatically copy the newest save files from your PSP to your PC, and the new media you added from your PC to your PSP...

Actually, you could have your games directory set to copy PSP > Computer and your music director set to copy Computer > PSP. Each pair you make can have different settings. Also, you can tell it ONLY to look at certain file extensions so you don't accidentally delete or overwrite some of the files that aren't mp3's for example.
