One hundred years have passed since the evil Sorcerer Zarok was defeated at the Battle of Gallowmere, heroically cut down by a mortally wounded Sir Daniel Fortesque. Or at least, that's what the people were told; in fact poor Sir Dan was a bit of a coward, falling in the very first wave of arrows. Now Zarok has returned, turning day into night, and raising an undead army to conquer the land. As a side effect Dan has also been resurrected... now, he has the chance to defeat Zarok and in death become the hero he never was in life.
From what I've read on this, it will be SIMILAR to the original PSX version, but will have some different levels. So those of us that have played the original version will actually have something to look forward to on this game

First of all... there is a difference between PS1 and PSX. Yes, many people called PS1 PSX, but there is actually a seperate console named: PSX.
Although this console is not well known here, that is mainly because it was only released in Japan. Produced by Sony, the PSX, does not seem to have as much style or cool looks into it as other Sony Playstation consoles.... (perhaps one of the reasons why they never released it in North America.)
this game has a great sense of humor, and is an hell of a lot of fun - reminds me of grim fandango's sense of humor - lots of great movies in here really help tell the story... controls definately take getting used too, and there are moves to remember, which elevates this above the usual h@ck and slash... (stupid site doesn't let me write h-a-c-k, lol) so far id say this is easily one of my top 5 favourite games, 100% worth getting. great graphics, excellent gameplay, rewards (like extra weapons), amazing characters... the whole thing is first-class all the way, you'll regret not getting this...
