Just so there is some positive comment on UMD movies. I have 15 of them and honestly if they released more movies that I like on UMD, I'd own more. I don't typically pay over $15 per which I know is more than most of the DVD versions but to me it's worth it. I shop used at Gamestop and watch every sale at my local retailers (rare sale I should say). I also buy cheap from link. I am perfectly capable of ripping these from the DVD that I already own but to me the quality and time it takes to rip and manage my collection is most of the time not worth it. With the supposed death of the UMD, I imagine I will eventually rip my entire DVD collection (minus the ones on UMD obviously). I think the only thing that really bothers me about UMD is the name. Universal? Only playing in one device isn't really how I define "universal". Flame away!
Oh yeah, here is my collection:
Ghostbusters, Bad Boys, Die Hard 1, Die Hard 2, Armageddon, Dawn of the Dead, Shaun of the Dead, Office Space, Wedding Crashers, Near Dark, The Princess Bride, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Toy Story, Pirates of the Caribbean, Boondock Saints
