i have both , i like the white better not just for the look if you own both the us version and the japanese version you may agree. the white psp seems to be better made then the black , the unit in whole feels more sturdy the buttons are tighter the umd door is not as loose as the us version and all the buttons on the white psp are raised higher for easier access. all in all i think the white one is the better way to go and the fingerprint issue is not an issue with the white one , also i tried to put a skin on my black psp when i first got it and realized that the oils and sweat from your fingers gets under the skin and then it dries and looks disgusting. then you have to remove your skin to clean the psp and in my opinion that's to much of a hassle.

i bought mine on ebay. i tried to order from play asia and they wanted copies of my drivers license and credit card and i did not feel good about faxing that kind of info. so i went to ebay found someone selling them cheaper then importing it and i live in new york and they were in jersey so i got it within 3 days.

black is much better. it looks colller and doesent turn yellow over time

what makes you think it will turn yellow , i have a friend who smokes and has a white psp and it still looks just as good as the first day he got it .i don't understand this yellow concept

many psps turn yellow overtime. and what does smaking havta do with anything? (other than killing your friends lungs)

he always has yellow on his hands from holding the cigarettes but even that has never stained the psp that's all i meant

blacc is sexier and more sleek..unless you can get it in blue..than I am all for it..

Plastics, paint, cloth, ect. that are white tend to turn yellow-ish over time and by being handled. The same stuff that is black tends to turn grey over time and by being handled. Thinking of the future I would rather have a gray psp than a yellow one. But if that wasent a problem I think the white one is by far sexier.
