that really makes me mad that sony just released a PSP1 and now they are gonna rub a PSP2 in everyones faces. Especially now that we know that the PS3 is gonna cost $600!

If Sony will release PSP2 in the next five years I will personaly go to their HQ, shoot everyone, maim their corpses and crucify them upside-down over the main entrance of Sony HQ. Not everyone has enough money to buy consoles so often >.>
the psp isn't selling as well as they thought it would, umd sales aren't very strong, and the ps3 looks to be financially doomed, sony can't afford to release a new psp, they would fracture their bottom line. they'll support the psp for a few years, until it is a very profitable enterprise. if they were to release a new handheld, their company would fail.
I agree with 85% of what you said Citizen..until you got to the part about Sony failing. Thier company doesn't depend on the psp..OR the ps3. They are a MUCH bigger corp than that... It would hurt them if they had a failure in the ps3, but they have a motion picture company, they make computers, they make stereos, televisions, walky talkies, headphones, earphones, microphones, high end electronics, speakers, cars stereos, car amplifiers, personal amplifiers, mp3 players, BMG music, etc...etc..etc.. They're a megacorp. Now that I've ranted..it would SUCK if they released a psp2 within the next 3 years...but I doubt they will. Peace!
jesus.. psp2 dam..!!!!! i would buy if i had money...!!!!! make the psp like 100 bucks and psp2 like 200.... and ps3 should be like 300.. cause i agree no one is buying that.. a lot of people are buying that nitedo ds .... i think psp is better but people aint buying it
some did though, but then again some people bout an extra psp just too... you know... the stuff you can do with firmware 1.5 and below..... you know..... starts with an 'e'.
i dont want the psp2 to come out yet, not for another 4 years at least. that would suck a lot
yeh i think its waaay too early for it to come out, especially that the ps3 will be out in a bit. buuut if it does come out, they will definetly need to add the extra analog stick.
oooo i want one! forget the ps3 i can bring the psp2 everwhere!! and when it does come out i hope it got better internet . but thats too much money to be spendin at one time especially if im paying for the 600 dollar ps3..thats crazy
