Sony Computer Entertainment Japan has announced that they will be expanding the “PlayStation Spot” service nationwide, among 150 complex cafes and around 150 game stores.
The “PlayStation Spot” service is a service that makes use of the “Game Sharing” function of the handheld, to deploy game data to multiple PSPs within its local area. Currently, it is deployed in 12 game shops in Japan.
The “PlayStation Spot” station will start to be deployed in 5 train stations from March 14, and in 150 complex cafes from February 27 to Mid March. The game stores will start to get deployed from April. The titles available for download now are “Beithell 200”, “LocoRoco” and “Laughing Egg L Size”.
