We were given an exclusive look at just that. The GameDr Excelerator will actually come in two flavors - one that allows you to play PSP content on your television, and another that does the same thing for the Game Boy Advance: SP. Now, this isn’t something where you just hook up a cable to your portable device that sends a signal to the television. You are actually encapsulating the screen, and the GameDr Excelerator captures the video in real-time, and sends the signal to the television. It results in a bit of bulkiness, but still, a cool concept. No word on when the device will hit the market, but it should be very soon. "

There will be a PSP to TV adaptor. patience.. patience.. I am certain a small, and simple memcard solution is easily the best way to do this ( the memcard will provide a memory address for video out without any mod to your PSP.. u just need a kernel app..). So Id steer clear of the huge packages that void warranty.. especially when a much neater way to do it is just around the corner.

I want something so I can get Live TV onto my PSP. I dont have the ability to transfer anything off of my DVR because all the ports are disabled by the cable company.

Maybe once my warranty has run out. I don't really know much about this stuff but is it not possible to use the USB to display an outgoing picture to the TV? +PM | QUOTE | PERMALINK | REPORT

Yup, a great idea, pure genius, a masterstroke!

Three cheers for the tool who misunderstood the word PORTABLE in PlayStation Portable! Why would anyone want to void the warranty for a shoddy reproduction on your TV. Crap idea. +PM | QUOTE | PERMALINK | REPORT

It's weird...... kind of like a video camera hooked up to a PSP. I wouldn't pay big money for that............ +PM | QUOTE | PERMALINK | REPORT

That thing's going to be INCREDIBLY low quality. I'd go with the Team xtender version, which actually takes the feed direct from the LCD display ribbon. +PM | QUOTE | PERMALINK | REPORT

if everybody let sony know that that was what we wanted then they may make it happen. i run a software company and i listen to the needs of the people. i determine if i make the feature if i get a lot of responses to do it. +PM | QUOTE | PERMALINK | REPORT

OKAY - so this might actually be good if you dont want to own a VHS, DVD, and UMD of your favorite movies.....my spouse doesn't want me buying UMDs of movies that I already have, so if this all worked out, I'd take that product and buy UMDs all of the time, because I could use THEM two places instead of one (DVDs). See thats where it becomes a great product.....not for gaming.... +PM | QUOTE | PERMALINK | REPORT

- Umm does anyone else think that the entire internet has been talking about the Team Extender attachment and not this!! I am just thoroughly confused, it looks like a glorified camera bolted to the front of my sexy PSP. Don't like it! I'll just use the manual zoom feature that came with my eyes. +PM | QUOTE | PERMALINK | REPORT
