The PSP's media converter, Image Converter 2 version 2.1 for Windows 2000 and XP, will be available in Japan on February 8. It will be priced at 1,500 yen ($15). The software updates a trial version of Image Converter 2, which was released December 13, but offers the same features.

Image Converter 2 can encode movies and still images to file formats that are viewable on the PSP. It also can encode files from AVI, WMV, and QuickTime formats. Those who purchased the trial version can upgrade to the official version for free when it becomes available. The software will be available for download at the Image Converter 2 site.

YEss..... but you have to do some there that i dont know how to explain. But you could make a 2 1/2 hour movie into 732mbs if im not mistaken. I gotta look for the exact website where i got that info. But from what i heard you defenetly could put a whole movie into a 1gb duo. Let me go look for the site now
