The latest firmware upgrade has been released for North American users. This is a security update and allows you to listen to UMD music discs via the main menu.
If your system software version is 1.52 (or later), you do not need to perform this update. To check the version of your system software, select "System Settings" under (Settings) from the home menu, and then select "System Information".
Obviously, there will be music UMDs. Just not out yet. Check your UMD Sampler, pop it in, and you'll see what the update is about. Just simply be able to recognize Music UMDs under music, instead of under movie. It's simply an update to the menu system. Don't loose sleep over it! haha.\
dude man i *messed up* i want to run roms and but i kinda dled 1.52 the night i was going to and i read that i cant run roms on my psp since i updated so i was hoping if their was a way to "downgrade" and go bak to a later version i have pbp unpacker i know u can do it with that but im not sure how someone please email me at canttellwhat AT NOSPAM gmail.com if u know how to help
How do you get Roms? since i upgraded to 1.51 i cant but my bro is trying and it just says, please wait game loading....please tell me i need to know!!!
