Adventure Player, the Japanese text and graphical 'choose-your-own-adventure' style game which boasted the ability for downloadable games, has finally released 3 extra games. Information on the three titles is available on developer From Software's page.
It was originally thought that this Adventure Player's new content would be limited to text adventures, but the 3 new titles are actually somewhat varied. The first, Kimagure Aesop is an adventure with the infamous fabler, Aesop. The second is a health quiz game, and the last title appears to be a sort of crib-sheet for famous literature, allowing you to get the gist of a book in a few minutes.
It still isn't entirely certain whether Adventure Player comes with the development kit and anyone is free to run games from Memory Stick, or if the content is limited to that approved by From Software. As it stands the extra content is sure to hit an incredibly niche market, but if development and gameplay is open to anyone, the possibilities could be very interesting indeed.
