Yeah... Personally I think no watermark is better... It's not really the same picture since one has a watermark and one doesnt. There's no rule that says it cant be posted again. Every submission is approved before it gets on here, so I hate to say it but that's tough.
If it was something you made and they posted, that would be a different story, but this one apparently made the cut.

Guntizzle had a point. Yours has a watermark, the one he submitted doesn't. If I submitted a wallpaper saying "NEMPHTIS ROCKS!" written all over it, and you submit one that doesn't have that, do you think I'm going to cry because of it? His version is better, and it renders your one obsolete.
