• If you press the acceleration button as soon as the circle turns green at the beginning of a race, you will get a boost
• L and R to make sharper turns
• Free-race the track plenty of times to get the hang of it before you actually try to obtain a medal.
• Get gold on all zone tracks to unlock Zone ship. (it goes fast and has good control)
• Auto-pilots are rreeaally helpful, try not to absorb too many.
• When firing rockets try to wait until you have two or three ships in front of you. (kill two birds with one stone)
• Look at the stats to see what you absorbed and used to improve your strategy.
• If you do barrel rolls off of jumps you get a boost when you land.
• If you want to know how to do barrel rolls, look in the instruction booklet.(i don't feel like explaining it)
If people are still lazy to look in the instruction book on how to barrel roll, i'll tell you . When you are in the air, press Left, Right, Left or Right, Left, Right on the D-Pad. After that the nice boost will make you blaze down the track!
auto pilot has made me crash for no reason before...in the middle of the autopilot, it wentthrough a turn and crashed, putting me in 4th from 1st, making me lose a tournament :-(
