I got these babies about a year ago and I can loudly say these are woth a measly $5 bucks.
Pros
• No more finger cramps!
• No more coarse crappy analog thingy.
• Feels like a PS2.
Cons
• Falls off once in a while.
• Easy to lose one (but you have 2 more).
I would've payed $10 for no more finger cramps, but this is only $5!

I bought these the other day and there great and if you play games for hours at a time they work great I would recommed these to anyone who's thumb hurts after a couple of hour on the PSP

I just installed one of these on my PSP and it works beautifully. I have WAYYYYY better analog control now and it feels much more natural. The only immediate drawback for me is that it doesn't allow the PSP to fit in the Playgear Pocket . It fits beautifully in my Mad Catz Stealth Case, tho.
