I used this software to download a movie to my memory stick, I was able to compress a 7.45 gb movie to just 256mb. I did however have pixelization at times but at 512 mb it was much better. You can get 3 standard movies on a 1gb memory stick if you don't mind a little pixelization, it's your choice.
