Not a great game. Online is pretty fun as there are always about 10 or 20 people on. Not very good graphics. I wouldn't waste my $50 on this. I would have preferred another game. I'd say wait a few more years for a newer, more improved version.

NBA Live 06 is the best NBA game availiable for the PSP. I remember getting NBA 06 last year and I was dissapointed because it was way too easy after you got used to the double tapping shooting. This game is almost just like the console version except it only has 4 superstar controls scorer, playmaker highflyer and also power for big men. It has all the features of its big brother, except for Franchise mode but it has a season mode that's good. It has a new game mode called the Superstar challenge where you have to finish a certain objective in the fourth quarter such as score 35 points for Dwayne Wade. Load time are pretty good and it has commentary. Overall it's a really solid basketball game the best for the PSP.

Overall good game. It has all-star weekend season and mini games. I have glitches where when commentators introduce the players he is one guy behind. Also the commentators skip around as if the UMD is strached, but it's not. I don't know if it's the UMD disc, the game itself or because I have Firmware 2.0 JPN. Graphics and gameplay are good.

This game is great. The graphics are the best I've seen on the PSP so far (I only have madden and mlb to compare it to though.) The load times are not bad, maybe 10-12 seconds. The sound is solid, although the announcers like all ea announcers are bland. The gameplay is the catch here. It plays just like the ps2 version. It is fluid and surprisingly adaptable to the PSP. If you like sports games, this is one I would suggest buying. It does not have a dynasty mode, just season. But it includes the allstar weekend from last years version.
