I bought this in hopes that I could just sync the PSP to the computer and let it do all the work. Not the case, I have to keep updating the information. I just stopped using it and now do everything manually.

Well I just spent $10 on PocketMac's PSP version, and I definatly regret it... The app is not very well written at all. You need to quit and releaunch it for it to see your PSP.
The app also does'nt do video at all. Period. It does sync music, photo and contacts. However, the contacks are just a folder in your Photos section, they dont even look good! They are very grainy and it is not acceptable. Even if you were to get this app just for the Contacts function, and use PSPWare/iPSP for the rest of the stuff, it wouldnt work, because when you sync with PSPWare/iPSP you will lose your contacts photo folder. Dont buy this.
