I'm a professional picture framer, and Novus 2 works great for removing fine scratches from most plastics, acrylic, and plexi-- even museum quality picture frame glazing.
However, it does not work well for CDs or your PSP. On some plastics, such as these, it actually creates many fine scratches in the surface, rendering CDs unusable, and etching your PSP with them.
Novus 1 may be good for routine cleaning, but stay away from 2, and especially stay away from 3 for the purposes of handheld game maintenance.
It made the screen a bit fuzzy too. All this does is makes the surface really glossy to the touch, but it schould be called "Novus Surface Finish. WARNING: Does not remove scratches!"
Wow, I really thought this would make my PSP looking like brand new. HELLZ NO! It acutally put more swirls and scratches on. I actually noticed some deeper scratches while playing that I hadn't noticed before. The only one that really says what it will do is Novus bottle number one.
I bought this product and it works greeat. It removes those everyday scratches and cleans your PSP to make it nice and shiny. I recomend this product. Buy it today!
