Another great way showing off the martial arts, short animes, and revenge that our world comes up with. I'm a big fan of Lucy Liu and Vivica A. Fox. Like a said, "It's a must."

I love QT and I love this movie. I haven't bought the DVD's as I'm waiting for a complete uncut film with both vol. 1 and 2 together. It may seem impossible, but so was Pink Floyd reuniting and look at what just happened.
If you love action, foul language and non-stop gore/bloodspray...this is your movie.

There are even some cool extras.

What's there to say? It's Kill Bill. Any fan of Tarantino or action movies in general who finds him or herself owning a PSP should buy it without question. Actually, there may be one question -- one of price. Most retailers are stocking Kill Bill: Volume 1 for a ludicrous $30, but you can find it for $20 at Amazon.com, which is just low enough to bite the proverbial bullet for a great movie.
The only real flaw with the UMD itself concerns the aspect ratio. It's a letterboxed 2.35:1 instead of the standard formatted 1.78:1. Generally I prefer movies to be shown in their original aspect ratios, but on the small PSP screen you can't help but be annoyed by the unused pixels. Spider-Man 2's theatrical aspect ratio was also 2.35:1 and the loss of image was negligible when it was formatted for the PSP's screen. However, it's really a trivial flaw -- if a movie is good and you become immersed in it while watching, you don't even notice the black bars.
And a good movie it is. As I said, any PSP owner who's a Tarantino or action movie fan should own Kill Bill. It's not the best UMD Video release currently available only because it's the best movie; it's also the best because it's the only one to include any DVD-like extras -- you get the short Making of Kill Bill video and music videos from The 5,6,7,8's, the band that performs during the movie. Also included is a scene selection feature, pathetically excluded from all other current UMD Video releases. The scene actually loads and plays in a small window in the scene selection menu, and you can watch the entire scene that way if you wish to do so.
