Good accessory for transfering music, photos, movies and game saves between computer and PSP. The CD helps you to transfer your music, photos, movies and game saves faster. Overall, it's a good thing to buy.

The cable is great (nothing's broken yet) and the software is fairly easy to use. The directions really don't help, so you have to do a little messing around with files before you figure it out. I had a little trouble because I though that you could only download off of your Windows Media Player Library (my music was all on RealPlayer) but I now know that you can use both.

The cable fits in the box that my PSP has been "living in" since it was packaged at the factory without much trouble. It helps to put the software in plastic bags to keep them safe.

Quick and easy. I use this for photo tranfers, and use other software for movie and music.

Computer software sucks overall, but the USB cord and PS2 disk work flawlessly!

The perfect thing to buy if you like to put pictures, movies, music & games. Its sooo easy, all you have to do is add the file from a folder then it will send it to your PSP. I have a music video that was 50mb and it cut it down to 20mb

The Max Media software is pretty full featured package. I like that it finds your PSP and when it converts it's consecutive.

The included USB cable is, as would be expected, usable and uniform, just like all other USB cables. I had qualms about plunking down $15 on a USB cable, but I figured I'd give it a go at my local EBGames. The software was the real gem for me. I had used PSPVideo9, iPSP, and PSPWare previously, but I tried this software, and for some reason, it struck me as much easier. It converts everything in a choice of 6 qualities, which are measured correctly (how high quality they are). Simply click the "Convert button" (you can do batch conversions), and what you need converts. Simple, easy, and painless. I came back about 10 minutes later, and a copy of a movie I had purchased was finished. Copying is normal, and the USB cable is great.

This software's a real gem, and surprisingly, their main selling point is the cable, not the software.

There's not a whole lot to say about this thing. It'll transfer files to your PSP from your computer and charge it from your computer or PlayStation 2 or any other device with a USB port. There's just enough length between the charge plug and the USB plug to allow both to be plugged in at the same time. It takes half an hour longer to charge than the standard PSP AC adapter, but it makes up for this flaw by being small and lightweight and much easier to carry around than an AC adapter. Also, if Sony begins implementing PS2-to-PSP connectivity it'll probably be done using this type of cable, just another good reason to have it around. For the price (less than $5 at Wal-Mart), you're getting a fantastic deal.

Pros
• Cable Works.
• Software works.

Cons
• Slightly more expensive that other brands (due to software).
• Comaparable software (if not better) can be obtained online for free.

Summary
This is not brain surgery, a cable is a cable. I never doubted that it would work. The included software does do what it claims, and for the novice user works well (hence, I will not deduct points for that). Since games on the PSP are only %20 of why I purchased one, a USB cable is a vital part of my PSP experience. As such, I am happy with my purchase.

**A disc is also included for the PS2 for saved games. Since I do not own a PS2 I cannot comment on if or how that works.**
