Does anybody know where you can find out where the error codes reference is?

start it up with a umd, in mid process of loading up open the slot, it will say disc cannot be read or something, it should return to the main menu after you press exit, I've had it for a few other things to but I forget what.

the most common errors are with Wifi, like when you try to connect to an access point, and it says it couldn't connect and gives you an 8-character set of numbers and letters (looks like gibberish, unless you work for PSP tech-support or something).

ya but if u have a G router it will still work and also its probably becuz you have your cellphone near you when ur connecting thats wat happened to me i turned off my cellphone and then it connected

I have a new error code on my psp ...ok here is the scenerio..I sometimes jump on an internet wifi near my house..lately ive notice the signal to be weak and I go to seach another one ..when I go to the psp wifi menu I go to edit and to scan for new "hotspots" Ive been gettin this error code now for a month or so error 000001 and it refuses to scan for new wifi...i tried looking up the code and have given up so if its happend to anyoneelse let me know....OH and most importantly it only started happening after installing the latest update its version 3.71 anyone esle have that problem drop me a lign thanks!!

re: error code: 00000001 psp v.3.71 the error code only seems to pop up when there and no available wifi weird ..

mine is doing that exact same thing and it just started. its says its like an inside error or something

not sure if this the right forum, but my PSP will not update to 3.80. I just bought the new tiger woods and it needs that update, i've tried everything and nothing. Any help would be nice. It dioes tell me that the configuration files are not correct, but i really have no idea what this means.
HELP!!!!!!!
