Try the following

Problem: MooPS wont work at all
1. Uninstall
2. Reboot
3. Re-Install
4. Reboot
5. Run MooPS

Problem: You can access your local network, but cant access the internet
A- Try an alternate DNS server, usually your ISP provides you with 2-3 DNS servers.

Q- I am having trouble with MooPS, it says STARTUP SPOOF SERVER ERROR #9: Subscript out of range.
A- 'Redirect IP Address' in the server settings is not a valid IP address in the format xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

Q- Everything seems to be working but when I click on the Google link it doesnt work

Everything works fine except from the google link, my isp provides me with 2 different DNS servers, but none of them work. Note I'm on 56k What should i try differently?

I get something like this:

DNS: 192.168.0.5:54065,www.google.com,A,IN
[0] Forwarding to server...
DNS: [0] Response from server, 212 bytes
[0] Message sent

And my psp just goes back to Select Connection Screen.

I am having trouble get my Moops to work. This is the error I keep on getting. Not sure how to fix this so I hope somebody can help me out.
STARTUP WEB SERVER ERROR #10048: Connect, Listen or Open method failed. Only one usage of each socket address (protocol/IP address/port) is normally permitted. This error occurs if an application attempts to bind() a socket to an IP address/port that has already been used for an existing socket, or a socket that wasn't closed properly, or one that is still in the process of closing. For server applications that need to bind() multiple sockets to the same port number, consider using setsockopt(SO_REUSEADDR).
My router is the linksysWRT54G. I have also tried following this guide. link
Thanks

I had problems getting the web server to start, so I wrote a little TCP sniffer and found out that my Linksys was blocking the requests from the PSP. I had "Block Anonymous Internet Requests:" Enabled on my router
it allowed the DNS to work but not the web server. I disabled it all is fine now.
