Hi all,

I bought Rapiz Video Converter in Jan and I need to contact them, the email address isn't use anymore and there is no number - oh, and the website doesn't work - seems like a lost cause but I need to try anyway.

i recommend you use nidesoft video converter which worked well for me and the performance is high,more important is their after service is instant and friendly,you can free download it and try,best of luck
