alright, so i dowloaded a psp video converter and was able to successfully convert a video file and transfer it to my psp. it worked fine but when i tried to convert another video file it froze the computer. i have tried with several different files and had the same result. i uninstalled the program and tried two other programs with the same result, so i'm just wondering if anyone else has encountered this problem

Hmm.. I doubt its actually 'freezing' the computer. When I convert files.. I do it at night, due to the fact that it takes a VERY long time and uses so much processing power I can't use the pc for anything else. That's probably what is happening to you. Goodluck!
