my psp is at version 3.03 and i'm trying to get it higher.
i downloaded the official 3.72 upgrade from the playstation website through my psp and through my computer (then put it onto my psp) and got the same result many times.
"The system configuration of this PSP system does not appear to be correct. The update cannot be completed. Contact technical support for assistance. (DRNFFFFFFCD)"
i also tried upgrading to 3.52 and the same message came up..
