i'm having trouble with my psp accepting data transfers and game saves, i can't figure out how to fix it and i've kinda given up so...
i'm thinking about getting a ds lite. can anyone tell me if this is a good idea and what games to look for. Is there an internet browser?
thanks +

The ds lite has an internet browser, but its even slower than the psp's and I know it doesn't support flash.

Also, not 100% sure on this, but I think you need a special cartridge in the DS to use the internet.

I forgot to mention that, the internet browser cartdrige is like 30 dollars.

thanks
but is it worth getting?

It's like $100 - two or three game cartridges and you'll have spent that much again. They price it low because they can and to try to avoid people agonizing over this monumental life-altering decision.
The DS (Lite) screen is much less colourful and bright than the PSP. But for games it's fine.

I had a ds for a while. But eventually I got pretty bored with it, graphics really matter to me, and so do extra capabilities. I travel a lot so I really enjoy the multimedia capabilities of the psp. I also get quite a lot of use out of the psp's internet browser. So in my case the ds just didn't meet my requirements. But in my opinion if you just want a device for games and your interested in playing games in a unique and fun way than the ds is definetly for you. But if you want a device that does a whole lot of stuff and has many capabilities, (and plays games) without paying extra, than the psp is definetly for you. You can buy movie players and internet browsers for the ds. But they just don't have the same quality as the psp does and they cost even more. I sold my ds for a Wii, and I'm extremly happy that I sold it, and I still haven't gotten bored with my psp, got it right after launch.edited: Aug 19 2007
