You can take a playlist from Itunes and add it as a RSS channel on your PSP. What you need:
Internet Connection (Modem)
Wireless Router
My TunesRSS Server
Ok, first thing u do is go and download My TunesRSS Server at
link (Windows Download)

(Mac OS X Download)
Okay, when it asks you to save or open the file, open it. Then click on the my tunesRSS.exe file. Then click extract all. Once you extract the files, it will show you them. Now click on the my tunesRSS.exe file. Click Run. Sooner or later it will pop up.
Now what you have to do is set up a user. Go to the users tab and click on create new user. Once you have done that, click start server at the bottom. Then minimize the program. Go to the webbrowser on your PSP and type this in the address bar: http://(youripaddresshere):8080
It should take you to a page asking for your id and password. Type in what you put for your my tunesRSS user.
Ta-da!! It should take u to a page that kind of looks like Itunes. There you should have all your playlists and music. Go to the side of the playlist you want to add as a channel and click on the RSS feed button. There you go.
