I registered PSPWare and i never got an email. I think this is because my paypal email is different from the email i use now. Is there any way for me to contact the PSPWare ppl or a refund option...

I have had the same problem!
but using my current e-mail address! the support pages say that msn mail may get blocked due to anti-spam, but when i requested the registration code again, they said my e-mail wasn't on file, yet I've had the paypal reciept!!
Am frustrated by this lack of service, fork out the cash and get nothing in return, am particularly dissapointed as nullriver came reccomended.
