I can no longer move any video files from media manager's PC panel to my PSP. I get an "Encode Error" saying:
One or more encodes have failed. Do you wish to retry the encodes?
Application key not allowed. [file path of video].
What can I do? +

Sony has a patch to fix this problem. I went to the Sony Support page and wrote an email. I clicked continue and the page said "Preliminary Response to Question" and the very first one was Encoding "application key not allowed". Select that and it will pop open a page that has the link to download the patch. So far so good with the patch.
