Media Manager Encode Error Help Please - PlayStation Portable

I can no longer move any video files from media manager's PC panel to my PSP. I get an "Encode Error" saying:

One or more encodes have failed. Do you wish to retry the encodes?
Application key not allowed. [file path of video].

What can I do?

media manager sucks only cuz the dumb @$$ Encode Errors
psp video 9 is better for videos
