Hi There... I purchased a registration key two days ago and have still not recieved the key via email. I have emailed support as well as called the company's phone number? What is going on?

Hey Bro, same deal here. i have yet to call. hopefully won't have to. small business problems i quess. the prsident posted a letter on the forum saying theres is delays. bad business man...bad business.

I have had the same problem!
but using my current e-mail address! the support pages say that msn mail may get blocked due to anti-spam, but when i requested the registration code again, they said my e-mail wasn't on file, yet I've had the paypal reciept!!

Am frustrated by this lack of service, fork out the cash and get nothing in return, am particularly dissapointed as nullriver came reccomended.
